Thirst is one of the signals that the body sends us to ingest water. However, there are times when dehydration does not produce any of these signs, so we recommend drinking water as a routine, and if we have the tools to do it, it is much easier. We'll talk about this in a moment.
But for now let's talk about dehydration itself, what it is and how it can greatly affect our body.
Dehydration
Dehydration in people occurs when a person does not take in enough fluid for their body or has lost a lot of fluid. Cells and organs depend on water, so not consuming it and reaching the degree of dehydration can be risky, since the organs begin to not function properly.
